I offer walk and talk therapy sessions in an outdoor setting, this combines the benefits of therapy with the benefits of being outside. Walking outside can feel less intimidating than sitting face to face in an office. Connecting with nature and moving outside can help us to reconnect with ourselves. Being outside can help us to explore our relationships and problems in a different way. It can help us to get a different perspective on the difficulties we may be facing so that we can understand what is happening for us and explore our options for the future.
